Occasionally, there may be information on www.techbros.ae that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Order Limitation and Refusal Rights

Due to extremely quick turnovers of certain popular items, TechBros may at times have to restrict the number of certain merchandise that you intended to or have already purchased. When certain items are experiencing limited stocks, TechBros reserves the right to limit your purchase quantities to a lower amount. During times when you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide different options available at that time. We promise you, the customers, that we give our 110% effort to fulfill your order request. However, in all circumstances, TechBros reserves the right to refuse any order. Reason(s) for such refusal will be communicated to you.

Refund and Return

We offer a 3-day return period with a restocking fee of 10% of the invoice value if the product is not opened, otherwise if opened we will not refund the item. In case of order cancellation by the client, we refund payment after deducting Return shipping charges and any other related charges like customs duties, local clearing charges, etc. In case of order cancellation due to a change of mind (Change or cancel the order to different spec than originally ordered like storage capacity, color, etc., or just a change of mind from one item to another), the return is accepted on a case-to-case basis and requires prior approval from TechBros; 5% of the invoice value will be deducted, and all related charges like shipping, customs clearance, etc., will be levied from the client's account.

Applicable Law and Venue

This User Agreement and any transactions on this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE Government applicable to agreements made and entirely to be performed within UAE, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in Dubai court UAE, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of this User Agreement.

Changes to This User Agreement

TechBros reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, or any policy of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. If TechBros decides to change this User Agreement, it will post a new version on the Site and update the date set forth above. Any changes or modifications to this User Agreement or policy will be effective upon posting of the revisions. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes or modifications. You should frequently review this User Agreement and any other applicable policies, including their dates, to understand the terms and conditions that apply.

Errors and Omission Exempted

All products, prices, and details on this website are entered or edited by human beings; therefore, kindly excuse us for human errors that may occasionally present in product name, prices, or details. Therefore, we reserve the right to make necessary changes in prices or product specification even after you have submitted an order or obtained the online invoice.
